Master Coffee Grower Don Alfredo Diaz and his family have dedicated their lives to producing the finest Coffee in all of the Caribbean. Their farm, Las Mercedes, is located in the highest mountain range in the Dominican Republic, ideally located at 1450 Meters above sea level. Don Alfredo and his family consistently produce unique, award winning coffees which have caught the attention of expert coffee cuppers everywhere, often scoring above 90pts in professional cuppings. This Winey coffee is a microlot of the highest quality beans from this years harvest. As the name implies, this coffee cups with strong red wine flavor which is balanced with dark chocolate body and a lingering finish. This is a microlot of the very best coffee in all of the Caribbean and we're proud to offer it to our customers.
