Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the beans you receive from us, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We will accommodate one exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must take a photo of the products original packaging including the roasted on date.To start an exchange, you can contact us at Angel@heavenlycofee.com. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll ship the exchange to you immediately.
