ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Ethiopian coffees from the Yirgacheffe region are revered as some of the highest quality coffees in the world, consistently scoring in the 90+ points in professional cupping competitions. Aramo washing station is particularly selective about the quality of the cherries that they allowed to be processed through their station. After the cherries are pulped, they are fermented for 48 hours in the station’s specialized fermentation tanks and then dried on raised beds for 16-20 days. The combination of heirloom coffee genetics, optimal terroir and expert processing at Aramo station, has produced this immaculate coffee with an optimal award winning flavor profile that perfectly represents Grade 1 Ethiopian Coffee.
